Discussion

1. Enter motion from church into minutes: Pete Tunner presented a motion from the Building Committee asking the church to authorize the Building Committee to hire an architect and a contractor to proceed with the plans and the construction of the new preschool and children's building to completion. Motion carried.

2. Minutes to be sent to all committee members for review. Marty Hawkins will also be sent these minutes to post on the church web site.

3. Committee will meet with Lance Black (architect) and Victor Holmes (contractor) ASAP.
