Attendance - Pete Tunner, Judy Smith, Ron Allen, ?

Discussion

1. Pete brings up the three best ways to proceed with building: (1)Traditional (2). Design Build (3). Negotiated Contract. The committee felt like with the information we have, to go with Negotiated Contract.

2. Pete to talk with Mr. Black to get proposal.

3. Scott and Steve to report back on what other churches have done in there building of new facility.

4. What is the charge of this committee? Decided to present to church the three ways to proceed. Business meeting on 11/15/06.

5. Pete to contact three contractor's and report back.
